SealProMax New England is a two-person Abington shop built around one job: injecting a sealant into a foundation crack to stop basement water without digging up the yard or rebuilding a wall. The company, run by president Rodrigo Trindade, has been incorporated since May 2021 and carries a BBB A+ grade with accreditation since November 2022. Its written record is fifteen 5-star reviews split across Angi and HomeAdvisor, all posted between March 2022 and January 2023. In those reviews, the story repeats closely: a leaking or infiltrating basement dried out within a day of the injection (one homeowner said within ten minutes), the crew finished in a single visit with little mess, and several reviewers noted Rodrigo came back to touch up a spot afterward. More than one 2022 reviewer who'd priced alternatives said the injection ran well under the cost of excavating and redoing an entire foundation wall; one job on file was billed at $9,000. A couple of things are worth asking about before booking. BBB's profile attributes a Massachusetts OCABR license number to the company, but that's BBB's own record rather than something checked against the state registry directly. The Angi/HomeAdvisor profile blurb also lists the company as serving both Boston MA and Miami FL, with a Florida contact address rather than the Massachusetts office — worth confirming who actually shows up for a New England job. And the review history hasn't been refreshed in years: nothing on file is dated past January 2023, so there's no recent word on how the work or the crew has held up. For a homeowner watching water come through a foundation crack, the fix described here is fast and low-mess, and it held through at least one snowy winter for the reviewers who mentioned it. Confirm the license and the crew directly, and ask how long the guarantee mentioned in a few of the older reviews still runs.
Rodrigo was fantastic and his employees were great! They made sure everything was to our satisfaction. They also give you a 5 year guarantee and will come back if they need to do additional treatment. Would recommend to everyone.
First of all, I want to thank Rod and his associate for their continued concern that their work had solved my basement water issues. It has, and things are dry for the first time in umpteen years. I can now sit back and enjoy the winter months, rather than spend my time dealing with water problems. Rod has called me 4 or 5 times and has come back a couple of times to clear up a couple of small things. I would highly recommend SealProMax, and Rod, to anyone who might have basement water issues. Rod is a very conscientious person. And you don't find many people like that out there. Good job. Thanks Rod! (Job cost listed as $2,500.)
It went great. Rodrigo was very professional and even came back to touch up a few spots. I would definitely recommend him.
These guys were incredible! Hardworking, eager to please, friendly, professional, and wanting to come back to fix it if I wasn't satisfied
The job went very well. The substance, which was gel like, I thought was a perfect fit for the job. Rod was great to work with. He has a great work ethic. His only two concerns are that the customer is more than satisfied and that the job is done correctly, as a matter of fact, he did more than what was planned on. I would easily recommend him to family members as well as friends. I might add he is reliable as well, when he says he is going to be there ...he's there. Great job....well done!
