Its Angi listing, mirrored on HomeAdvisor, shows the same pattern across all fifteen: a job finished in about a day with no demolition, a dry basement afterward, and a stated five-year guarantee with return visits to re-treat any spot that still seeps. Two things temper that. The praise is real, but it is also old — the reviews run March 2022 to January 2023 with nothing newer since, so how the crew performs today is genuinely unknown. And the profiles straddle two markets: Angi and HomeAdvisor give a Miami Beach contact address while BBB has the company in Abington, so pin down who would actually show up at your house and how soon. On credentials, BBB records a Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation registration number, 206884, for the business — that is BBB's own record rather than a check against the state, and waterproofing is not one of the trades Massachusetts exempts from registration, so look the number up yourself before you sign. A reasonable call if you have a leaking foundation or basement wall and want the injection approach instead of a dig-and-rebuild, and a reasonable request to make of them: two or three references from the past year, since the reviews largely stop in 2023.
