Serenity Cleaning Service is a Ludlow cleaning company that its website describes as family-owned and led by Thainara Borges, with a mission dating to 2019. One customer who has used the company twice says they never saw a cleaner oven than after Serenity cleaned it. Another says the cleaners got a cast iron tub clean and were accommodating when asked about the types of products used, because of chemical exposure concerns for a newborn. A third customer says Thai pays attention to details, and that Victor, her husband, cleaned all of that customer's windows and charged far below other estimates.
