Anna's House Cleaning Services

I hired this service one year ago to clean the oven, the stove, and all the windows. They did not clean under the stove, claiming it was not included in the price, even though I was never informed of this beforehand. In addition, the woman cleaning the windows removed them from the frame and began pushing them very forcefully, to the point where I had to go into the kitchen because I was worried she might break something. She did not speak English, and only told me that the window was now broken and they were unable to put it back into the frame. I contacted Anna to report the issue so the company could fix it, but no one ever came, called, or followed up. I was very frustrated — I would have preferred to clean the windows myself rather than deal with having to fix them. In the end, I had to repair them on my own, without any help from Anna or the company. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and the manager did not handle the situation well.

5/27/2019 Initial scheduled visit did not occur to illness in family. Once a new appointment was scheduled, I was very pleased with the outcome. The two women that came were pleasant, respectful and did a wonderful job of cleaning. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Do not do any business with this person. These reviews are not most recent, so my review is within the past three months. I have called this company on two separate occasions only to speak with Anna whom I found to be very rude and unpleasant. She promised me to meet me on the first occasion and the second time, promised to call me back to set up an appointment. She also quoted me a price prior to seeing my home. Both times she never showed and never called. I would not recommend her, and also found her to be completely unprofessional. Would never do business with her after these events. For someone to not even call a potential customer back speaks volumes to me. There are plenty of cleaning companies around. This one is not worth. it.

Anna does an amazing job cleaning my properties! Not only am I overly satisfied, but so are my tenants :)

Two women come and go right to work cleaning my house. They are efficient, quiet and attentive to the job. They leave my house sparkling with no artificial fragrances. They are courteous, polite, and neat. I have used this service for 2 years and am very pleased. Anna is always responsive if I have to change the schedule and I would recommend this business to anyone who wants serious, mature help to keep your home clean.
