I can’t say enough good things about Servpro and especially Luis Cedeno! Luis was an absolute lifesaver for us. He was amazing from start to finish — so kind, patient, and genuinely empathetic the whole time. You could tell he really cared and understood how stressful the situation was, especially with little kids around. He explained everything clearly, took his time, and went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I’ve never worked with someone in this kind of service who made the whole process feel so much easier and less overwhelming. If we ever need Servpro again, I’m asking for Luis every single time — no question. He’s the best! Thank you Luis and the Servpro team. You guys rock! Highly recommend.

The Serv Pro team (Manuel and Juan) that provided service in my home were excellent! They were professional, courteous, sympathetic to my situation, but most of all, thorough in their cleaning efforts. We were very pleased with the the results!

We had some water damage to our walls and ceilings after a bad storm, and Anton and his team were extremely helpful and responsive from start to finish. Their team arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and got the drying process underway right away. Everyone we worked with was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Would definitely use SERVPRO again and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with storm or water damage.

Manuel (Manny) was the manager on the project to remove and cleanup the bathroom wall that had been damaged by water leaks over the years. He and his team of two other men were very pleasant to work with, and did a great job. I would recommend them highly.

I see that SERVPRO in their response is trying to claim they did not do the work. That is not true. It was 100% this company and this location that did the work. The owner Mike was in my opinion just awful to deal with. And his staff was equally as bad in my view. The fact that they submitted false paperwork to claim they did work that they never did and then billed for it is terrible. And they would not even make good on what they billed for work they never did despite it being their own estimates and view of the work needed to be done. They even had their own pictures of work they never did and I believe tried to hide that. So their response is untrue. I had a terrible experience with this company. The work they completed did not match what they estimated and charged for, which they said was necessary to fix the problem. In working to address it with the owner and operating manager, they were unresponsive and also very disingenuous in my opinion. They even had their own evidence that they did not do the work they charged for (which they did not originally disclose until pressed for a long time), but refused to do the work or fully reimburse so I could get it done in the right way. So it cost me thousands of extra dollars to have the work done that they said was necessary and was on their bill. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
