Sesuit Landscapes

Sesuit Landscapes is a Dennis landscaping company that describes itself as locally owned and family-run, offering landscape design and installation, maintenance, planting, irrigation, hardscapes, and snow and ice management across the Mid and Lower Cape. Its website names Jason, Brett and Rafael as the owners. A 2024 customer said they had worked with Sesuit since 2017, mostly for weekly lawn service, and that after building a new house in 2022 the company helped design, build and install the entire backyard, from pavers for the pool deck and patio to an outdoor bar. That 2024 customer credited Brett and his staff. A 2023 customer said the yard was just dirt before Sesuit came up with a design with a stone wall, then installed a walkway and a patio that rolls right up to the pool. A 2024 customer who had used the company for four years said it handled mowing, fertilizing, irrigation, plantings and drainage, and called the company fair. A 2026 customer said Sesuit plowed their driveway carefully after a blizzard on Cape Cod. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, held by Sesuit Landscapes Inc, is active on the state registry. A 2023 customer said the office never got back to them and rated the quality of the work poorly. A 2023 customer said charges were excessive and prices over-quoted, and suggested getting everything in writing before work is completed.
