Amazing, professional, honest, high end!

Our remodel is complete and we are pleased with the results and happy to have our home restored to livable space. We have worked with many contractors throughout the years of home ownership and our experience with Josh and the team at Shapiro Bathrooms stands out. Josh level set how he runs his projects at our first meeting and highlighted communication and finishing projects he starts to his clients satisfaction. In our case he certainly delivered on his word. Throughout the project Josh kept us abreast of the project through open, honest and regular communication. He also honored his word and finished the project despite it taking a bit longer than either of us anticipated given the time of year and changes to our vision . He has stood by on his commitment to return if after a reasonable amount of time post finishing there's something not working or not done to our satisfaction. Like any home improvement project, there are delays for various reasons (materials, holidays, staffing, site availability) but it's all about open, honest and regular communication. Updating review from 3 to 4 stars, 7/10/26 Prior Review We hired Shapiro Bathrooms to start our project in November 2025 after meeting with the owner, Joshua Shapiro, in October 2025. The project included - new flooring throughout the first floor of our living space, - kitchen remodel with new cabinetry, island, pantry, countertops, backsplash and electrical - installing tile beneath pellet stove and an acoustic wall behind it - primary bathroom remodel to make it more accessible to allow for “aging in place” with new vanity, mirror, countertops, flooring, frameless shower enclosure with bench and niche. - half-bath remodel with new vanity, mirror, countertop, barn door and flooring The project has come a long way and once it is all complete, we’ll update the rating and review.

Joshua of Shapiro Services remodeled my main bathroom with completely new tile shower, new vanity, new closet, new tile floor and toilet. It is always a risk to find the right contractor who will follow thru. All along he was very responsive. Yes, he had multiple jobs going on and I knew that. The resulting work was excellent. Every skill demanded a different worker with those skills. Demo of my current shower and removing tiles, painting and drywall work. I'm very glad I found Joshua and am super happy with my bathroom.

Shapiro Bathrooms did a fantastic job replacing our primary bathroom shower. The process was well defined, the cost was competitive, and the final product was beautiful. Josh was very responsive to questions and concerns. He helped us pick out beautiful materials that were within our budget and offered ideas to customize the project to meet our needs. The various tradesmen that worked on the project were professional, respectful of our home, and did great work. We’re extremely happy with how it turned out. We highly recommend Shapiro Bathrooms.
