Very nice patient and kind excellent customer service
Moving has always been anxiety inducing. The plan had been to pack everything up and have friends come help. The closer I got to moving day, the more anxious I got. The one random morning I stopped at Cumberland Farms in Cromwell and ran into Bruce and his crew. After a quick conversation I felt positive that hiring them to help me move would be the right call. They did not disappoint. Their communication, not just with clients, but with each other is excellent. They decide and conquer but pivot to perfect teamwork when it's needed. They are kind and reassuring and made today the best moving experience I've ever had. Absolutely fair pricing for what they do and SO worth it. Moving is stressful, but Shark Delivery makes it less so.
Outstanding Delivery Service I had such a great experience with the gentlemen who delivered my bedroom set! They were extremely professional, respectful, friendly, and careful with everything. They handled my furniture with care, brought everything in without any issues, and made sure everything was where it needed to be. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing good customer service. The delivery was smooth from beginning to end, and I truly appreciate how pleasant and professional they were. Thank you both for making the delivery experience so easy and stress-free! I would definitely recommend them and would be happy to have them deliver for me again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
