Have been having oil delivery service with them since we moved into our house in 2009. They also did maintenance and new furnace and AC installation. Prices for oil and services are competitive, when we needed an urgent visit, that was accommodated on a timely basis. Installation of a new furnace wasn't without problems - the control board was defective, it took multiple attempts to replace it and get the heat running. Because the hardware wasn't turning on fan on time, the condensate pan under AC coil melted in winter, and when it was time to use the air conditioner during a heat wave in summer 2025, the condensate water was just running down on the unit and below furnace on the basement floor. We called the office, a technician came in and figured what was wrong. They ordered the part, but for various issues with their supplier, at was taking too long time to get it, we were concerned about living in the coming extreme heat for a few weeks, so drove to their office and were lucky to meet Phil (Sr) who was in charge of the furnace/AC installation the year before. He sincerely apologized, came less than a week later and replaced the entire coil and pan (better versions of them actually) at no cost to us. He owned the problem and made sure everything was running properly after. We waited a year to test the AC after last winter before posting this review. Phil also gave us some helpful recommendations about how to change air flow to make heating and cooling more uniform and efficient. Thank you very much Phil!

A great company to do business with.

This is a fantastic company. When I call to schedule deliveries I always get to talk to Lindsey and she’s nothing short of kind, friendly and professional all at once. I love getting my kerosene and propane from here . They always deliver on time and just surprised me today with an earlier delivery right before Christmas because I was low on kerosene. What a fantastic company with 10/10 service!!! Definitely worth coming to this company. As long as I reside in Pepperell and reside living in this area I’ll be coming to this company always !

Very nasty customer service lady. Called about propane and she made it so difficult and acted like they didn’t want any customers. I don’t know why they advertise propane when they don’t want new customers. AVOID!!
