wow
The worst inspector. He missed so much. Our slider leaks in kitchen ,he missed it. The attic is soaked in bat feces and urine throughout the insulation. It cost 10,000 To get all insulation removed, attic sterilized and fixed. Basement room was almost as bad. He said he saw a little dropping from a mouse. He saw 1 bat in attic, we have a massive bat problem. The chimney was wide open around top for them to come in. The electrical in house is not correct, 10,00 for electrician to rewire. We could have had home owners pay for all of this. Please do not use this company. This is a one man team pulling up in a ford explorer not a truck with ladders and proffesional equipment. It's funny he was recommended to us by the sellers realtor. Now I know why!
