One recent customer calls the company very honest and says they work with you. A 2023 customer said that when they called, the company answered right away and came out right away. A 2024 customer said the company had serviced their furnace more than five times over eight years without their ever buying oil, and said the repairs were great. That 2024 customer said the woman who answers the phone then told them the company would not come unless they bought oil from it, while their furnace would not start. The same 2024 customer also wrote that Shearman's oil prices were always higher than Wild Cat's. A 2025 customer who had had the annual burner cleaning done by the company for two years without buying oil said they were told they would be on the list but might not get an appointment, and were hung up on after saying they would check around for another company.
