It holds 5 stars from 43 Google ratings and an A- grade from the Better Business Bureau. A customer with a 2600sqft colonial said they tore off and replaced the roof in 1 day, with some of them hanging tarps to protect the house and shrubs while others set up fall protection. A customer said that in one day they stripped the roof, repaired the plywood underneath, repaired and capped the chimney, and installed the new roof and gutters. That customer said Mike ordered black enamel boots for the vent pipes so they would blend with the roof. A customer who met with Mike, owner of Shingle Brothers, said he came out multiple times on install day to check on the progress. A 2026 customer said Mike went up on the roof and into the attic rather than only sending up a drone, matched their best quote, and repaired certain areas before the repair date because rain was forecast. The work goes past roofs. A customer said Lou repaired their gutters and walked them through multiple approaches with budgets. A customer who had a roof done brought them back for new vinyl siding. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0704088, as active, held by Shingle Brothers LLC.
