Castle Home Restorations

Nick came to me while the company was working on my neighbor’s roof. He inspected my roof, said it was wind damage, and told me he’d help fight the insurance company. We went through two adjuster meetings together, and he kept saying “we’re going to fight this.”As soon as the claim got denied again, he vanished. No calls, no texts, no follow‑up. Just gone.I was left hanging in the middle of an insurance battle. I had to hire someone else because this company abandoned me after promising to stand with me. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Mr. Diaz provided a brief phone consultation regarding my inquiries and concerns that pertained to repairing hidden water damage beneath the roof. After sharing expert-level knowledge about navigating an insurance claim, we scheduled an on-site visit a few days later. He promptly arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, and provided his perspective regarding the best course of action to mitigate the damages and complete the repair, whilst providing reassurance that their professional experience would be an excellent resource throughout the entirety of the process. I highly recommend this organization to any homeowner or business owner that is seeking to repair, modify, or modernize their dwelling, domicile, or structure.

Castle did a great job, especially with the hardest part…. dealing with the insurance company so I can get the whole roof covered after a storm.

Castle Home Restorations re-did our roof that was in very bad shape. They were very professional, great communication and walked me through every step with a no BS approach (which I always prefer and appreciate). Most importantly the installation team did a great job and the new roof looks awesome! A+ company and I will only use them for any future roofing/siding projects moving forward.

Came out quick to evaluate storm damage. Knowledgeable, fair and honest. Had my roof stripped and put back together in a day. Dave was great to deal with.
