Highlights
- Whole-property washing — porches, patio, fence and driveway added to a house wash
- On-time estimate visits — Rob arrived when he said he would
- Price below other quotes — one customer said far below their average quote
One customer booked Shining Star Soft Wash to wash just the house and ended up having owner Rob do the porches, patio, fence and driveway too, at a price that customer called really fair. The company says it has been in business for 10 years and describes protecting homes from mold, mildew and algae as its priority. A customer had their home's exterior, a large vinyl fence, the driveway and a pool patio soft washed, and said years of dirt and buildup came off the driveway and patio and the siding was left spotless. One customer said Rob was on time for the estimate and on the day of the job, and that the wash restored the look of their siding, roof and deck. A customer referred by a friend said the job was complete within a week of the call, at a price far below their average quote. On Google it holds 5 stars from 9 ratings. One customer said Rob called 30 minutes before arriving for an estimate, just as he said he would.
