A 2022 customer had windows and siding done on their colonial.
Shore built was amazing at responding to any questions and completing the job on time. They built a brand new deck and it came out amazing and there were no issues at all. We highly recommend their company. Kevin & Lisa Brooks
Ryan, Sue, and the entire Shore-Built team were terrific to work with. When providing a quote for the work, Ryan was both thoughtful and detailed, customizing a project that met my budget and expectations. There was no pressure or hard sell; just confidence that his team would deliver exactly what we agreed to. And they did. Their team was organized and courteous, and informed me as to what they were going to accomplish each day. They respected my home, taking care to completely clean up their work area each day. Ryan and Sue were very responsive to texts and email, answering questions or providing advice as needed. They are both very personable and knowledgable, having many years of experience in the business. This is a very professional, family-owned business. I highly recommend!
Hired Shore-Built for a bathroom renovation. They all did an excellent job and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. Very professional company with people that care about the results.
We had a great experience with Ryan, Sue, and the crew of Shore Built renovating our home in York. They were very helpful working through the design of our great room addition, the kitchen expansion, and flow of the new entry. The process went smoothly with frequent communication. Ryan was very accommodating with change requests and costs were transparent. The kitchen is gorgeous, cabinets beautifully made. We’ve received many compliments from renters, neighbors, and family.
A year ago, Shore-Built worked a small miracle for us. The primary bathroom in our newly purchased home was ridiculously tiny and dated. Ryan and Sue patiently worked with us on my half-baked idea to blow out a wall into an adjoining underutilized closet and deployed a small army of excellent in-house crew and sub-contractors to get it exactly how we wanted. Working with Ryan and Shore-Built's contacts, we had as much flexibility as we wanted choosing finishes, fixtures, etc. while staying within our target budget and schedule. A year later, the quality of their work still shines and I LOVE how it came out. The best part, is that no matter how small a project, Shore-Built doesn't just walk away. I contacted them recently asking for the glass shower front installer's contact info because the door appeared to be getting out of plumb. Sue was responsive, coordinating a return visit to fix it within a couple of weeks, and followed up to make sure we were happy. I'd call Shore-Built again in a heartbeat if I had another improvement project and continue to recommend them to others. It may not be their biggest or most glamourous project, but the before/after photos speak for itself.
