Samuel Taylor Builder LLC

For one thing, I can only reiterate what Luanne Rogers (our wonderful next door neighbors for so long in Exeter) stated in her review. In fact, it may have been Luanne and Doug that initially recommended Sam to us. Sam was our "go-to" for basically all of our projects after we noticed his painstaking attention to detail, work ethic to "do it the right way, or not at all." There were so many projects he managed over the 20 years we lived in Exeter. He managed to find solutions for some of the tougher "obstacles" and designs we were striving for. A true project manager, he worked in partnership with us on design, budget, and schedule. We highly recommend Sam...and would only wish that he could be cloned because he is a busy professional and totally dedicated to his craft.

We were recommended to use Sam by our landscapers to repair/remodel our deck. He worked with the landscapers to do the job efficiently and effectively. Sam was clean and kind, and he answered all of our questions / concerns respectfully. The deck itself looks fantastic, and it’s evident he puts a lot of emphasis on detail. We appreciate his work and would absolutely work with him again in the future.

A craftsman and master carpenter, Sam Taylor sets high the bar of excellence in all that he does. His mantra is timeless: anything worth doing is worth doing right. Over the past two decades, Sam has undertaken many projects in our home: renovating the master bathroom, replacing wooden trim with Azec, installing a new front door and sidelights , replacing windows and siding. He always delivers quality work at a fair and honest price . Doug and Luanne Rogers. Exeter, NH
