That customer said they offered suggestions on timing and process "in order to keep the overall tree healthy and thriving" rather than just cutting the branches the customer assumed needed to go. That 2023 customer also said Chad walked around the property to capture all safety issues, that the quote was detailed, and that they booked the job right away. On the day, the customer said they showed up on time and took a last-minute request to remove some additional invasive plants. On Google, the business holds 5 stars from 21 ratings.
I would give 10 stars if I could! Chad & Michelle were so great to work with on pretty much every step of the way. -Their consult was so thorough and detailed! They offered thoughtful suggestions on timing and process to remove some large branches on a beautiful old oak tree in order to keep the overall tree healthy and thriving vs just cutting the branches I assumed needed to be removed (which I am so grateful for). Chad also took his time really walking around my property to ensure we captured all safety issues. --Their quote was on point, detailed, and they were so beyond kind when it came to scheduling (booked us right away so to avoid having large branches fall on my yard with a little one playing). Day of- they showed up on time, super positive and upbeat, and were more than accommodating to a last minute request to remove some additional invasive plants.
