A 2026 customer said a leaking hot tub was taken to the shop, where two hairline cracks were found, and that the inside and the cover were cleaned before the tub was returned and set on a new concrete slab. A recent customer praised the staff and the prices and wished the business were open on Sundays in the summer. A recent customer who bought the wrong product, still unopened, said the business would not take it back and that they were left with $65.00 of product they did not need.
Great staff and prices. I do wish that they were open on Sundays in the summer, but respect their decision not to.
Friendly and helpful service
I purchased the wrong product that was not even opened. When I went to return it because I had purchased the wrong thing that I needed. I was told they don't take any returns back that is terrible customer service policy. When I wanted to get the right thing I needed they would even give me credit. So $65.00 later I have to eat product that was purchased by mistake. This is terrible company will never be back or do business with them again. BEWARE BEFORE BUYING
My experience with this company was excellent. I had a hot tub that was leaking, they came and had to transport it to the shop. They worked diligently to locate the 2 hair line crack in the heist. This was not easy to locate these. Upon returning my hot tub they were extremely meticulous about the property, the position I wanted it placed on my new concrete slab. I have to say , Aiden, I believe that was the person who oversaw this job was very detailed in the work. They even cleaned the inside as well as my cover. I would highly recommend them for any pool or hot tub purchase! I want to give a special thanks to Michelle for working so hard to get this situation rectified! Thank you very much
