Silvia Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

Silvia Heating & Air Conditioning is a Lakeville shop that's been doing HVAC work since 1995, according to its HomeAdvisor profile — installing central A/C, heat pumps, geothermal systems and oil-furnace forced-air heating, plus servicing existing equipment. Its written record is thin: four reviews across four sources, spanning 2009 to 2023. The most substantive is from 2022, when a customer said Bob quoted an affordable price for a new A/C install on their existing forced-air system and had it installed quickly. Two older HomeAdvisor reviews, from 2009 and 2011, called the service 'great' and 'excellent' without further detail. In a 2023 review, a customer said the phone number listed for the business wasn't working, which is worth checking before reaching out. For a straightforward HVAC install or repair in the Lakeville area, the record here points toward competence but is too thin to say much more — worth asking for recent references directly.
