The company says it has been in business 21 years and names Tolland, West Hartford and Manchester as its service area. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0640019, held by WILLIAM L SIMA JR, is active on the state registry. In a 2023 review, a customer said a Sima Excavation wall and stairs from 2005 were "still looking GREAT." A 2024 reviewer complained that one of its truck drivers rode close behind them on I-84.
Don't know much about them but their drivers are reckless. I was pushed to go 75 mph on I-84 and he was riding my tail the whole time and I had to get pushed off of the highway to give him leeway. It's irresponsible of a truck driver with that big of a truck to ride 5 ft behind my rear bumper
