Simone's Pressure Washing is a Sandown, New Hampshire house-washing business, and its customers have been writing about Dan since 2012. Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.9 from 143 ratings, Google shows 5★ from 5 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau grades it A+. Its site says it has been in business 15 years, offers free estimates, is insured, and lists a service area from Bedford and Manchester to Derry, Dover and Durham. Roofs are the recent story. In a September 2026 Google review, a couple said Dan and Cait cleaned their roof and the result far exceeded what they had hoped for. A June 2026 customer said the crew power washed the house from professional equipment mounted in their truck and also removed the moss on the roof, and another June 2026 reviewer, who had their house pressure washed many times over the years, said Simone had done the best job. The older Angi reviews add detail. In a September 2015 review, a customer said Dan cleaned their home's siding, gutters and roof plus a shed roof covered with moss and lichens, and described him as a small business man and owner who provides the services himself. An August 2013 customer said Dan moved all the deck furniture and planters, watered the plantings first, cleaned their two-storey home, put everything back, and alerted them to carpenter bees they didn't know they had. Another August 2013 customer said he did not try to sell other services and power washed 2 additional areas at no charge. On price, a customer in a later Angi review said Dan charged less than the quote because the job was a little smaller than he anticipated, and a December 2012 customer said he honored his bid after a long delay while they finished painting the house.
