- Transparent pricing — bulky items handled with no hassle in 2026
A customer with a few rental properties had a tenant leave behind a lot of big rubbish items at one of them and called Dan at Simple Junk Disposal, a 2026 Google review says. Dan was super friendly on the phone, visited the place and gave a quote the customer found very reasonable. The customer called a few other places for comparison, says Dan beat them on price, and he got the job done on that weekend. In another 2026 review, a customer describes an on-time arrival, completely transparent pricing and a few bulky items handled quickly with no hassle. A third says Dan communicated clearly and quickly and the trash was removed in a professional manner. One customer was delighted to see the random junk accumulated through the years gone, and another says the job saved their garage. The company lists a service area running from Plymouth and Bourne to Falmouth, Dennis and Yarmouth, and says it offers free estimates. Its BBB grade is A-, and it holds 5 stars from 8 Google ratings.
