A recent Google customer who used Vinnie for a few jobs said he started off reasonable but became increasingly more expensive, billed for time spent talking, and left mistakes on the invoice in his favor. That customer said you can't count on him. Its BBB grade is A+.
I used Vinnie for a few jobs. He started off reasonable and became increasingly more expensive. He'll talk forever and billed for that time too. There were also mistakes on the invoice (in his favor). Very immature and unprofessional and you can't count on him. There are better people out there. Call the Carlsons. Too much B.S. with this guy.

I've had the pleasure and good fortune to work with Vinnie Smedick on two occasions. Vinnie is truly an expert in his field with amazing attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box. He quickly identified a year-long-plus problem with our heating system that left five or six other technicians stymied. Vinnie is also a genuinely caring person with the utmost integrity and reliability. He is now and always will be our go-to person for our heating system needs.
