Two of Smith and Son Plumbing and Gas's three written Google reviews are about water heaters. In a May 2025 review, a customer said the Bridgton company installed a new tankless water heater, moved all of their piping to prep for an upcoming remodel, and repositioned their propane stove to sit closer to the wall, something they had wanted done for a long time. In an October 2023 review, another customer said Brandon installed a heat pump water heater and was very knowledgeable, making sure everything was right. The third review, from April 2025, is a smaller job: Brandon removed a garbage disposal, and the customer said the pricing was really fair, he worked clean and he talked them through what he did and answered their questions. Brandon Vernon Smith holds an active Maine plumber licence, MS90019126, according to the state licence registry. The company has a 4.6-star Google average from 13 ratings.
