I hate to leave a local small business a bad review, but unfortunately I feel I should… Our boiler started blinking with an error code and we weren’t getting hot water. So we looked around and found Cold Rain and saw the great reviews, so we reached out. I left a voicemail and text, but he never got back to me - eventually did respond to my husband who gave him a lot of info regarding our current situation. Luke came out and spent all of 10 minutes turning the valves to increase pressure and charged us $225. Fast forward two days and we lose hot water again, same error code. We decide to go with a different plumber who tells us we have a faulty pump which will cost us $1800. Before going through with this work, my husband contacted Luke to see if he’d be willing to do the job despite not being super happy with how his first visit went. Luke never responded. So we’re going forward with a bigger company which we really didn’t want to do, but weren’t left with much of a choice.

Tom was fantastic. The team was prompt, courteous and fairly priced. In a time when it can be difficult to find a plumber, they made the entire experience seemless and easy. They were respectful of my time and even moved my appointment to accommodate my needs. They will be the only company we use going forward.

Called them in the middle of the day with frozen pipes at our home, fast response and knowledgeable staff had my water back in quick order. Definitely will refer to a friend. Quality of work was amazing, have had many sub zero nights without it freezing again, they not only got the water back they solved the issue from happening in the future

The boys at Cold Rain Mechanical were professional, polite and thorough! I am great full for their fast response, quick diagnostic and fixing of my water heater!!

Their response was quick and had someone out to my house the next morning. Tom was thorough and took the time to explain everything to me! Highly recommend!
