Soake Pool describes itself on Houzz as a builder of pre-cast plunge pools, based in NH, that delivers pools throughout the US and installs more projects in MA and NH. Its website describes the pools as space-saving plunge pools that combine a pool and a hot tub and can be installed in days, and says the company has been in business 12 years. A recent customer thanked employee Corbin LeBlanc for troubleshooting their Soake Pool and said he solved their issue efficiently. A 2022 customer said Karen and the staff scheduled Zoom meetings before and throughout the project and spent as much time as necessary with the different contractors. A 2021 customer said Karen and the team made multiple site visits to make sure they had everything needed to complete the project. A 2023 customer who bought a pool in 2021 wrote that they did most of the work themselves in 2022, then learned that Soake had partnered with Property Worx of Delaware, OH, which came out, finished hooking up the equipment and activated the pool. A 2021 customer wrote that the owners personally checked in to make sure they were happy. A 2022 customer in Connecticut said they used the pool year-round and found the salt system low maintenance. On Houzz, the company holds 5.0 stars from 32 ratings.
