Solar Pros LLC describes itself on its website as a family-owned business based in West Hartford, Connecticut, focused on the operation and maintenance of residential solar PV systems. A recent Google customer whose panels had connectivity problems, and whose installer did not respond, said Solar Pros set up an appointment quickly and came on time. That customer said the technician answered questions, found the problem and corrected it, and also updated the software. A customer whose installation company went out of business said their system had stopped producing energy, and that Eric with Solar Pros helped get it back working. A customer called the company punctual and quick with responses, and said they don't try to upsell anything. A 2024 customer, referred by a roofing contractor, said Solar Pros removed and reinstalled their solar panels when they were getting a new roof, and called the process very smooth.
