The cost was excessive.
In-home generator which came with the house. They rolled a truck for a flat fee - no problem. The issue was the unit was out of oil (had no idea - no manual came with the unit). They had a crew of 4 guys standing around looking at the unit for 30 mins and ended up charged me twice as much as the truck fee just to replace some oil. I wont be hiring them again. If they were "forgiving" of such a simple mistake, I would have agreed to a service contract. Too bad.
