The single positive, from March 2026, describes a $12,000 shingle roof replacement done efficiently and cleanly. The two negatives are far more detailed: a December 2025 one-star on a $25,000 bathroom remodel describing missed appointments, subcontractors who complained about not being paid, and a subcontractor cutting concrete indoors with a gas-powered tool until the homeowner intervened; and a June 2025 two-star describing a composite deck contract signed in April 2025 that was still unfinished three months later after repeated material delays. Anyone considering this company should verify registration 214928 directly with the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, ask which crew and which subcontractors would do the work, put the schedule and material lead times in the contract with dates, and read the BBB file before paying a deposit.

The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. ????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself

Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete

Hired this company to remove 400 SQ ft ceramic tile and 240 SQ ft of carpeting and install porcelain tile. Take down 2 towers of closet organizers and reinstall when finished.
