The review record is deep: 30 reviews from 2021 through July 2026, the overwhelming majority five stars, spanning both residential and commercial work. Reviewers consistently credit Andre personally with guiding material selection, working around tight schedules, and handling difficult conditions — hundred-year-old homes with layers of old flooring, hard-to-match grout colors, and custom tile patterns. Commercial customers describe multi-year relationships: a hotel had seven bathrooms and four vinyl floors done over two years, and a credit union had carpet tiles installed professionally and on schedule for a community room. A 2022 review specifically credits Andre with fixing another tile company's mistakes. There is one clear negative account: a July 2024 review describes a measurement visit followed by two weeks of silence on a promised quote, and, when the reviewer called, a dismissive response about being too busy to get to it.
