Garage Floor Coating of Boston is a Milton epoxy-floor company that coats garages, basements and workshops. Customers often describe Brian coming to the house to quote the job, and several describe a crew finishing in about two days. The company says it was founded by Jim Rutecki, in paint and flooring since 1974, and has specialized in epoxy floors since 2008, using its own installers rather than subcontractors. In a June 2026 Google review, a customer said several friends had used the company, Brian came out with an estimate, and they had a new floor within two days of the start of work. A May 2026 customer said the crew came back quickly to fix a small area damaged by other work in the garage. In an April 2026 review, a customer with a basement workshop said the old coating had to be ground down and the job was still clean. In a September 2025 review, a customer said the first coating sagged under a car after two days of curing; the company told them it had mixed the product wrong and switched suppliers, and came back a month later to redo it. That customer said the company had a three-year guarantee and stood by it.
“My garage floor was done a two years ago, it still looks brand new. Great company to do business with.”
Very pleased with the results! Entire process was smooth and easy. Everything went as expected.
Excellent work. On time. Clean. Zero complaints.
In June of this year we decided to upgrade the look of our garage. Several of our friends used Garage Floor Coating of Boston for their epoxy floors. We contacted Brian at Garage Floors. He came out to our home, gave us an estimate and within two days of the start of work we had a beautiful durable new floor. His workers were easy to work with. They arrived promptly, Told us what they would be doing and we couldn’t be happier with our new floor! We Recommend this Company wholeheartedly! Elaine & Alan Brodeur June, 2026
Great team, Great work, awesome result. I am very happy with the service and quality. Thank upu.
GFCB did a remarkable job and things were done as anticipated. The prep was thorough, the flake was plentiful and the final epoxy coating came out great. I would be happy to recommend GFCB and their team of professionals.
