An opossum died under a hard-to-reach section of one customer's house, and Jonathan came out the very same day, located it, removed the source of the odor and treated the area. That customer said he also enclosed the vulnerable areas around the house and deck, and that the finished work blends in with the house. Soundview Wildlife Control's website lists wildlife removal, from bats and birds to raccoons, opossums and skunks, alongside pest control, and names a service area that includes Madison, Guilford, Branford, New Haven and Old Saybrook. The Better Business Bureau lists it as accredited with an A+ grade, and it holds 5 stars from 27 ratings on Google. A family of five foxes had moved in under one customer's garage; Jon explained the best way to convince them to leave, and within a couple of weeks the problem was solved. That customer said he was upfront about cost. A customer whose solar panels had pigeons gathering underneath said Jonathan took extra time to make sure everything was done right on the removal and the "pigeon proofing." Another job was mouse-proofing a home. One customer said the visit came on less than 24 hours' notice for wasps that had gotten into the siding and eaten the drywall. A caller with a snake issue Jonathan could not take on as a service said he still called back and spent a considerable amount of time talking it through. A 2025 customer said Jonathan set up cameras and used tracking powder to find where a rat had been getting into the basement, closed off the access, and finished in one week a process he first thought would take about three. A 2025 reviewer who found a bat in the home said Jonathan came that day and later spent several days installing custom cut metal exclusion along the roofline, upper exterior trim and vents. A 2025 customer in Guilford worried about moles said Jonathan came out to look at the property and was honest that it did not need the service at that time. Connecticut lists its pesticide applicator licence, PMBR.05316, as active, held by Soundview Wildlife Control.
