deLIGHTful to work with! Mike and his team were responsive, professional, polite, and knowlegable--with a can-do attitude. This makes all the difference when having work done in one's home. We had outlets added and corrections made to a previous contratctor's foibles. Communication was great and the work was done efficiently! Thank you, Southeast Electric.
Mike Rodgers from Southeast Electric LLC was the first person who responded to my plea for help with a pool pump. On the day he was to come by, he phoned in the morning asking if he could come early, which was great for me. When he arrived, he listened to my problem, inspected the pump and began troubleshooting. He quickly identified a short and replaced suspect wiring that I had done. That didn't solve the issue so we moved onto the circuit breaker box. We decided to replace the breaker, and that did the trick. I was extremely pleased with the work, the communication, and the cleanup. Very professional and I highly recommend giving Southeast Electric a call for any electrical work you might need.
Recently, we had a serious problem because all the lights in our building were 'crackling' and the lights were going on and off like in a horror movie. We called Southeast Electric and told them of our great concern. They immediately came to our building. And the 2 electricians were very thorough and professional and carefully examined what was happening. The utility company had previously examined the connection at the utility pole and said everything was fine with the street connection. However, we had a hard windy day and when the wind was very strong, Southeast Electric discovered the problem. They called the utility company to come back to our building and stressed the seriousness of the matter. The problem was fixed and Southeast Electric made certain everything was secured and safe. Simply said, they were excellent. Obviously, I highly commend them and endorse their services as professional electricians.
Mike was able to respond to my call quickly and fix issues I was having. Very professional and would recommend.
I couldn't get our new light fixture to work and called Southeast Electric. Mike returned my call soon after and was able to come out the next day. He found the problem and got it fixed. It's nice when someone is professional and knows his business.
