Southern Maine Mechanical is a Gorham HVAC business. On its website it describes itself as an owner-operated HVAC contractor serving Portland, Scarborough, Gorham, Westbrook, Falmouth, Freeport and surrounding communities, offering heat pump, AC, boiler and furnace install and repair. A customer had a new boiler, an indirect hot water tank and circulators for seven zones put in, plus heat pumps on both floors. That customer said James was there from start to finish, started each day at 8 am, and was priced lower than the large HVAC companies that gave them quotes. A customer whose combi boiler started leaking said James fit them into an already busy schedule so they would have hot water again, and was transparent with pricing for parts and labor. A customer described technician James as timely (next day) when servicing their heat pump. A customer had heat pumps and head units cleaned and serviced at their house and at their parents' place, and praised someone who actually answers their phone.
