Extremely helpful and trustworthy! Great communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.
I had Perreault Mechanical replace my very old furnace after it started leaking water badly. Bill is very knowledgeable and responsive. It was a very stressful situation to not have hot water or a functioning shower. He and his team came over on a holiday and worked diligently to get it done. It's never a good time for an expense like that to occur but Bill was very fair in his pricing. I would highly recommend Bill and his team, they are reliable and do great work.
I just want to share the experience I had with this company. I called because my basement was smelling strong of oil and filling with smoke but the furnace was still running. The owner advised I shut the furnace down and he came out the very next day to fix the problem. I had another heat source so it wasn’t an emergency. He replaced a nozzle and changed all the filters. The system was clean already. No more smell or smoke. He did state he would like to come back before the start of next season and give it a good deep clean but it wasn’t necessary now, I saw for myself. He talked me through all steps and stages. I reccomend this business fully, especially to single moms who are sometimes worried about being screwed over because you are not knowledgeable. Not here, you are walked through if needed. Thanks so much.
Interesting Reviews for Bill !!! I wish I had Bill and not his interesting tech Shawn, for it was a total FLOP!!. It was seven at night when Shawn arrived. I asked Shawn to assess issue and return another day, but he informed me that he had the parts. Shawn asked if I had a pipe cutter to borrow, which I was happy in providing.. Before I knew it, Shawn was cutting off boiler's relief down tube when l clearly pointed that leak was from boiler's backflow prevention / pressure reduction valve system next to the failed expansion tank. He replaced boiler's relief valve and failed expansion tank, but he didn't have the backflow prevention / pressure reduction valve system by the expansion tank. Therefore, Shawn didn't have the correct parts he said he did. Shawn informed me that he needed to return tomorrow where wife and I picked up the chance to inflate estimated billing. Always request Bill and Bill only !!!! Other- wise you're going to get shabby work !!! (On The Job Training) at customer's expense is pretty lame. Meaning, if anything goes wrong with that boiler tech's work, then it's the customer who pays for that tech's mistakes/s.. A good 90% of so call techs don't even have any Boiler training certification .. They just learned from YouTube videos or a relative !!!! Oh, tip, have basic maintenance done during the day vs night where maintenance becomes sloppy !! At least know the basics of plumbing and heating, for you'll be glad you did when calling for service.. Hope this helps!!
Bill from Perreault Mechanical is super prompt, kind, understandable and does incredible work. He always finds time in his busy schedule to make sure the customer is receiving the work and care they need. I appreciate his honesty and transparency when it comes to the job. I know I will always be getting the best work when I call to make an appointment.
