SPECIALTY CLEANING SERVICES

Specialty Cleaning Services goes by NorthStar on its website, which describes its work as carpet and tile cleaning, dryer vents, air ducts, windows, mini-splits and seasonal home maintenance. The service area it lists includes Lebanon, Hanover, New London, Sunapee and Grantham. A recent customer said booking was straightforward, with almost immediate availability, and that technician Kyle cleaned the dryer vent. Jonathan Joyce and his assistant Lily put on booties before coming in to clean a recent customer's dryer duct, and that customer plans to have North Star back for pressure washing, roof cleaning and window cleaning. Josh and his technician cleaned a recent customer's floor tile, and he also cleaned the dryer vent. A recent customer said they arrived sooner than expected to clean hard-to-reach windows and called the price good. A recent customer who had Jon and Kyle clean vents called the prices reasonable compared to other companies in the area. A 2021 customer said Jon cleaned heating vents that were dirty with a musty smell, and that afterward the heat smelled fresh. A 2023 customer said Jon wore booties, explained how he would remove the dryer lint, including vacuuming the outside vent and the dryer filter, and left no dust or lint behind. A 2024 customer said Jon took longer than expected because he was doing detailed work, and carried an air purifier around while vacuuming the baseboard heaters.
