Used to be great , now can't get someone on phone , second time I ordered and had to wait week only for them not to show up an run out
Not the reliable Speedy Oil Company like before. My husband called for oil delivery on Monday, January 27th, they told him that they will deliver on Friday. Around 2 O’clock on a Friday afternoon my daughter called to confirm if they’re going to deliver…the person on the phone said that they will deliver before 4 or 5 PM. Friday came and went and there was no oil delivery!! Early in the morning (Saturday) I called to see if they’re going to deliver since they didn’t come on Friday, the person by the name of Aug answered the phone. When I asked him if the oil delivery truck/guy on their way to our house to make the delivery…he couldn’t answer my question. 😩 He took our information again…I’ve told him that we have been their customer for over 20 years this has never happened before. He said he will let the main office know. Again, no oil delivery!! Then, when I called them again around 6:00 PM a lady answered the phone and she said that there is no oil delivery until February 5th!! 😠😤
Ordered oil on Friday, isn’t coming until wed! Since they merged they have terrible service and the people answering the phones seem clueless. I miss the old Speedy! Update: they never came wed so we cancelled and took our business elsewhere. It’s a shame, used them for 25 years with no issues! Since the merge/sale it’s not the same.
Since they merged with Valley, not so good. Called for fill up. Have to wait 5 days,not speedy. New person on phone is pathetic.
