It holds 4.9 stars from 89 Google ratings. A recent customer owning a home with oil for the first time ran out, and wrote that the staff was patient on the phone, explained everything and stayed on the line while that customer navigated the website. A recent customer who ran out of fuel thanked Justin. A 2026 customer wrote of a quick delivery when the tank was noticed to be on empty. In 2021, an r/RhodeIsland commenter wrote that getnetfuels.com was what they had been using for a pay-upfront model.
