Uncle's Oil Co delivers home heating oil, and its best moments are the emergencies. A 2025 customer wrote that their oil company took them off its route without telling them, leaving them with no oil and a snow storm coming; they called Uncle's and it was there within 30 minutes. A 2024 customer whose oil ran out on Christmas said their regular company could not come for five days. The person who picked up at Uncle's promised oil in two hours, and that customer said she did it. A 2024 customer said they had used the company for years and praised its prices and service. A 2022 customer wrote that Uncle's Oil had always been quick to respond and called the staff friendly, responsible on property and reliable. A 2025 customer said the company did not pick up or return calls during normal business hours and many times never showed up on scheduled delivery days. A 2021 customer who called at 8:30 am after running out, with two little kids at home, said they were told delivery would come that day, but it did not come until the next day. A 2022 reviewer, writing about deliveries to two people they knew, said one tank was overfilled so oil leaked onto the basement floor, the outside siding and the yard, and that the company denied causing it.

This company does not pick up or return calls durning normal business hours. Many times they never show up on scheduled delivery days. Just overall unreliable and poorly managed business.
We had an oil company that never showed up never called us to tell us they took us of their route! With no oil left and the snow storm coming we called around and no one would come out. We called Uncle’s and they were here with in 30 minutes! Thank you so much!!
My oil ran out on Christmas I called my regular oil company who I've been with for years. They told me I should have kept up with oil meter ... And that they could not get to me for 5 days........ .. that was scary I called uncles oil and this angel picks up the phone sick as a dog, takes the time to hear my issues and promises me that she will have oil to me in two hours and she did. I am so thankful and will a customer from now on thank you and God bless

Be AWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY!! OIL DELIVERIES... This company purchased by a non English speaking individual ( meaning they can't talk to customers) and their office manager is rude beyond belief. I personally believe their practices are fraudulent and I doubt they have proper licenses and insurance. They recently delivered oil to 2 people I know. 1st house they overfilled tank causing oil to leak on basement floor and on outside siding as well as many gallons in the yard. They denied causing this despite having the entire action caught on camera. At 2nd house despite asking for a full tank fill they partially added oil and gave a slip with gallons delivered written by hand? How can anyone be sure they actually put in what they said??? STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS..or you'll end up hiring lawyers as are these individuals!!!!!
