Splash By Masi is a Nashua, NH bath showroom and remodeling company. The company says it designs, supplies and installs bathroom fixtures and does full bathroom renovations and tub-to-shower conversions, and that it was established in 1996 as a division of MASI Plumbing and Heating, staffed by people who are both designers and plumbers. A 2025 Reddit commenter in r/nashua said Splash refreshed a basement bathroom and gutted the main bathroom, with both done within 2 months from start to finish. A 2025 Google customer said Splash by Masi did upgrade work on a full bath and a half bath, including floor tiles, countertops, faucets and lights, and was right on schedule. A 2023 customer said their tub was removed and replaced with floor-to-ceiling tile, glass doors, new fixtures, a new vanity and a toilet. A 2023 reviewer who replaced a tub with a tiled walk-in shower said the cost was reasonable and there wasn't a speck of dirt or dust after the install. A 2022 customer described a complete bathroom gut and rebuild, with Lynn on the design and Zach keeping them updated on progress. On Houzz, a 2018 customer said a three-person crew remodeled their bathroom and kept the rest of the home clean. A 2018 customer who hired Splash to renovate two bathrooms and a kitchen said Bob re-designed the master bathroom's tub space to make room for a second linen closet. A 2015 customer said their first project with Splash was a complete bathroom remodel and the second a revamp of their kitchen. The Better Business Bureau lists the business as not accredited and not rated, run by Robert Boisvert III.
“We used Splash in Nashua. Did a refresh of a basement bathroom and a total gut of the main bathroom. Both were done within 2 months from start to finish. They showed up on time everyday. We are really happy with the final results.”
“Customer service was excellent. Lots of options to choose from. Learned more in one hour than I have in 6 weeks dealing with other places”
We contracted Splash by Masi to do some upgrade work on a full bath and a half bath. Floor tiles, countertops/faucets,lights, and more. They had done some work on our old home many years ago and did a magnificent job. Well, they obviously haven't missed a beat, as the bathrooms in our new home now look fantastic after some Masi magic. They were right on schedule with everything, and all went as planned. I have to give special recognition to Michael, who was assigned to all of the projects. His workmanship is exemplary. I highly recommend Splash (and Michael) to anyone who wants their bathrooms to impress. Very happy.
They did an amazing job from picking the finishes in the showroom, to the experience of walking me through the process, tile work and customer service. I am so happy with how it all turned out. I had the tub removed, replaced with floor to ceiling tile, glass doors, all new fixtures a new vanity and toilet. Everything looks great! I would highly recommend Splash and Masi!
I was very satisfied from my first meeting to discuss replacing my tub with a tiled walk in shower. Cost was reasonable and the finished shower is fantastic. The installers came and went like clock work and when I came home from work after they finished the install, there wasn't a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. And I love how it came out! Thank you very much, Dean Robbins Bedford, NH
What a great team! Lynn, with her years of expertise, made the design quick and painless. Ed came in very organized and kept the team on track with frequent visits and updates. Zach's craftsmanship is amazing. We did a complete bathroom gut and rebuild. Zach kept us updated on the progress, always leaving the house and yard impeccable. We are very please with the results and would recommend this team without hesitation!
We initially met with Ed, who measured and explained the process and timeline which was very accurate. In the showroom, Tanya helped us tremendously with some difficult decisions and always with a patient and pleasant demeanor. Her knowledge & experience in bathroom design resulted in suggestions that proved very pleasing. We were impressed with the professionalism displayed by the three person crew remodeling our bathroom. The remainder of our home was kept clean as the crew worked respectfully and harmoniously to the extent of frequently singing together with the radio. We would not hesitate to hire this company again, in fact we have. Another division of this company is scheduled to start another project on our home in a few days.
