Spotless Painters & Carpenters says on its HomeAdvisor profile that it brings a "client-first" approach to every job. In a 2025 review, one customer wrote that Spotless Construction had just completed their Trex deck upgrade and had earlier painted the house, which required four colors for the main, trim, deck and retaining wall along with some carpentry repairs. In a separate 2025 review, Robson and his crew replaced a customer's rotting wood trim with PVC, and that 2025 reviewer said they cleaned up the site every day. A 2022 reviewer with a 3 story house built in 1890 said it looked amazing when Spotless was done. Another 2022 customer said they did the exterior trim and briefed on progress each morning. A 2020 reviewer had 4 rooms, the stairwell and 2 hallways painted, said the work was done in three days, and called the pricing very fair. A 2021 reviewer found the price a little higher than a couple of other painters, but said 4 painters finished a moderate size job in 2 days. In a 2022 review, one customer described spilled paint falling on their patio and trash left behind that ended up in a neighbor's yard, and said the owner cursed during his whole time at the home when he came to do corrective work.
Spotless Construction provides excellent services with high level of professionalism and broad skillsets. They just completed our Trex deck upgrade and their attention to detail is above and beyond as if it was their own home. They deftly handled additional work scope to insure the finished project was structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. I previously engaged Spotless Construction to paint the house and the results were phenomenal. Their prep work was very detailed and protected our new windows and doors from overspray. The house required four colors for the main, trim, deck and retaining wall and the project also required some carpentry to effect repairs where needed. Robson F. and his crew will be our “go to” team for future work.
I needed my rotting wood trim replaced. I had a few estimates and Spotless had the best price. Robson and his crew were fantastic. They replaced the wood with PVC and did great work. They communicated well, cleaned up the site every day, and were respectful of my family and home. 10 out of 10 recommend. I definitely plan on using Spotless again.
