In 2025, a customer said a different pellet stove repair company had misdiagnosed their stove twice, and that Michael Spuria came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, got the stove running temporarily and replaced the part when it arrived. A 2026 customer said Mike diagnosed the problem and told them exactly what was happening. A 2025 customer said Mike cleaned their pellet stove, taught them about it during their first winter with it, and answered follow-up questions by email. A 2024 customer said Mike cleaned their Harman 25 and put drop cloths down to keep the dust to a minimum. In 2023, a customer said Mike serviced their pellet stove insert in 2022 and brought it back to life, then returned in 2023 for a yearly cleaning. Mike is just absolutely the best. Anymore service companies just want to throw parts at problem until it works and by the time they are done, you could have bought it over again. Mike diagnoses the problem, and tells you exactly what is happening. If you read this review I highly urge you not to try to go anywhere else. Mike is top tier and nobody else is even close.
After a pellet stove repair company incorrectly diagnosed the problem with my pellet stove twice, I called Michael Spuria. He came out to my house the same day I called him and correctly diagnosed the issue. He got my stove running temporarily while the part was shipped and he replaced the part promptly when it arrived. If you need any pellet stove repair, Michael Spuria is your guy! He is a professional and has great communication
We have used Mike for several years now to service and clean our pellet stove. He is the best. At least twice we’ve had to call him when our stove was acting up and he promptly came out and got us up and running again. Reasonable prices, great service, great guy- we would recommend!
Mike was prompt and communicative in setting up the appointment. Very thorough and efficient in cleaning our pellet stove. Taught me a lot about the stove as he went (this was our first winter using it). Careful to clean up afterward. Even answered some follow-up questions by email (again very promptly). Stove now works beautifully - a noticeable difference. Highly recommended.
I called Spuria Stove Services to clean my Harman 25. Mike came by in a timely fashion for the appointment and made quick work of cleaning the stove. Very polite and professional. Put drop cloths down and kept the dust to a minimun. Very pleased with the service and Mike. I will calling again to be sure!
