Higgins Mechanical is a heating and cooling company whose Massachusetts HVAC license, number 839-SM-B, is active on the state registry. A 2026 Google customer wrote that Higgins diagnosed and fixed their furnace quickly after they had been having a lot of trouble right before the big snowstorm, and that it was repaired before the frigid temperatures. That 2026 customer called the repairmen very nice and said they would use Higgins again. In a 2010 Angi review, a customer wrote that Higgins Mechanical was there the next day, got the needed part in and installed it in one day. A 2026 Google reviewer complained that "the guy" went right through a yield in Grafton and almost hit the reviewer and other cars.
So the guy had a yield in Grafton decided to go right through it and almost hit myself in some other cars. Is this the type of person you want to have fixing your equipment someone who is impatient I don’t think so.
Higgins did an incredible job of diagnosing and fixing our furnace quickly. We were having a lot of trouble right before the big snowstorm and they were able to repair it before the frigid temperatures. The repairmen were very nice and great to work with. Will definitely use their services again if they are ever needed. Thank you Higgins Mechanical!
