We’ve had ongoing issues with our irrigation system ever since it was installed by another company a few years ago. Unfortunately, that company proved to be completely unreliable , sending unprofessional techs who didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and never responding to messages or follow-ups. Every time they “fixed” one problem, another would pop up. After the fourth issue this spring alone, we decided enough was enough. We were referred to Stanton, and from the moment we reached out, it was a completely different experience. They returned our call within 10 minutes, gave us a clear (and short!) service window, and the tech showed up right on time. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he actually solved the problem on the first try… quickly and efficiently. The whole process was seamless, and it finally feels like we’re in good hands. We’ll be sticking with Stanton from here on out. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. HIGHLY recommend!
