Horrible experience, run away ! The most terrible experience I ever had in my entire life with a service provider, even don’t know where to start…. They made an estimation of 600-800$ for moving out my furniture and put them in a storage. Then, on the day of the moving they charged me the double /1500$) for a 1 bedroom flat including also 1 month of storage. In the phone they make it look like it’s not very expensive for you to sign with them and then on the day of the moving they overcharge you pretexting a bunch of non sense. They work very slowly so that they can charge you more since they charge per hour. My furnitures stayed 1 month in their storage and when we did the moving-in they changed the hourly rate that that we initially agreed to (from 131$/h to 159/h) without any reason and when I confronted the guy in the phone called Nick telling him they are not respecting the contract he said “ we need to pay the movers and it’s not a big increase of price” and then he hanged up the phone so you can see how unprofessional they are. We had agreed on 600$ and finally charged 800$, so once again he lied and overcharged me. My furnitures came back damaged from their storage, some pillows and other fabrics had yellow colour on them looking like an animal had pee which I suspect was some rats in their storage so I had put them in the trash and the couch was dirty with soil and dried leaves. When I asked them what happened they were not able to answer. The TV screen came back broken. A large and a small bin was also missing. Some of the furniture they assembled started to fall apart few months after as the screws were not tightened enough. Anyway, everything went wrong, avoid Stark moving at all cost and don’t be fooled by all these good reviews like I did because you will end up paying much more than what they tell you. I wished I had sticked to the previous moving company (Crown) I had worked with in the past, they were so professional and efficient.
Awesome movers. Very detail oriented, conscientious. They were on time as well. Great communication throughout the move. Handled our items very carefully and everything made it in great condition.

Stark movers were awesome. Alex, Azmat, Islam, Shynasil and Sultan were efficient and easy to work with. Would recommend all these guys no matter the size of the move.
