Then the one-offs and commercial work: a 2024 review walks through a 1,500 sq ft massage-therapy office quoted on a Monday and cleaned on the Tuesday, and an Airbnb host writing in 2024 said the crew worked carefully around accessibility equipment during turnovers. The dissent is a single one-star review from January 2025: "Terrible job. If I can give a negative star I would. This is what they call a deep cleaning." It is the lone negative among the twenty-two, and it lands on deep cleaning specifically — the same service other customers single out.
