Recently, I hired TK’s company to clean my whole condo, so it was broom-swept for the next owner since I just put the condo on the market after the deep clean TK’s company provided for me. This is the second time I hired her. The first time was with a house that I just purchased that was not broom-swept and, due to the job she did, that’s why I contacted her about 8 months later to clean my condo. There was a lot of work for her to do because I didn’t realize, but soda was stuck to the back of my refrigerator and, as a 22+ year old used oven, the oven surely looked used with splatter marks everywhere inside and the rims of the burners, in addition to many areas of the condo that needed cleaning. I can tell you that the day my real estate agent came to see the place after TK’s cleaning for the first time, they couldn’t believe that the 22+ year old stove wasn’t new (total thanks to TK and her crew). My real estate agent also couldn’t believe how the nice, clean wooden floors looked (also thanks to TK and her crew). She spent at least 3 and a half to 4 hours cleaning with her crew my empty condo which, physically I couldn’t do what she did, and, if you multiplied the 3 and a half to 4 hours with her expertise/experience on cleaning all types of surfaces, and her equipment/supplies, in addition to her crew, it would have equaled more than 8 hours of hard, physical work. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be calling TK for another cleaning down the road. She is professional and top-notch. My standards are high to meet, which is hard because most contractors don’t meet my high standards, but TK has exceeded my high standards. She’s really an angel that we all need in this world. When we moved into our new home last year, it was not left in the “broom-swept” condition we were promised. It needed a very thorough deep clean before we felt confident that every room was finally in “move-in” condition. We researched a few companies and wound up choosing Trust Home Cleaning Services Co. At the time, what initially impressed us was that Tk wanted to come out to the house for an in-visit consultation to see the house and understand exactly what we wanted done in each room (and what we didn’t). Other places we contacted just wanted a “text” of our requests. Tk came out and spent a lot of time walking through the house with us and taking very detailed notes, which she summarized perfectly later when we got our quote. Wow! We were even more highly impressed when Tk and her amazing team came out for the deep clean. They handled everything perfectly, professionally, and truly made our house feel like it was ready to be finally lived in --not living with the dust and dirt its former tenants left us with. They are an A+ high quality team and we couldn’t be more grateful for their services. We loved working with this team so much that we’ve just hired them again for another cleaning to be performed this week. We’re excited to work with Tk and her team again and we know they’re going to do great work. We highly recommend them for any of your home cleaning needs.

TK and her team are unbelievable! Have a child with cancer and require a meticulous, thoughtful and thorough team. She is extremely professional, best price & proactive. She returned my call within less than 24hrs of inquiry, I had an estimate and set of services to consider within a week. She was the best of multiple services compared.
