They don’t pick up the phone and don’t pick up garbage when you’ve called for a missed pick up. So glad I’m paying into a crappy service. Pun intended.

Paid for their applicance removal service and they never picked it up. They aren't possible to contact to schedule, won't refund, and can't get money back. If the mob was still alive, it is running trash.

WINDHAM/SALEM, NH - I am moving out of state and need to cancel service. I have been calling every day for a week only to sit on hold for literal hours. I’ve tried multiple numbers across multiple states to try to get anyone and it all leads to the same automated answering system. I’ve driven to both Salem locations on Apple Maps to find empty unlabeled buildings. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of these people. Only one of the times I called I was switched to their automated callback system and then I missed their call. It was my one opportunity to talk to someone. DO NOT USE CASELLA! My only option at this point seems to just stop paying my bill.

Would give zero if I could. They are impossible to get in touch with. Always an issue. The drivers are beyond inconsiderate and leave our barrels in the middle of the road. ALWAYS. Customer service is also horrific. The increase in prices just happens as an unpleasant surprise every few months. TRYING to cancel, but can’t get in contact with anyone to do so. Quite literally the worst company to deal with. Do better!
