Steven H Bankert

Steven H Bankert is a Swampscott-based contractor holding an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, along with a construction supervisor license. In a 2017 review, a customer called him reliable and noted he does the work himself rather than subbing it out. Worth asking about directly: BuildZoom's profile describes him as serving Swampscott and the North Shore for 22 years, but the permit history it shows is mostly out in the Berkshires and on the Cape, and a handful of older Provincetown permits list a different contractor phone number than the one on this profile — so it's worth confirming he's the right fit for local work before booking.
