He was very thoughtful and thorough in the planning process and adapted quickly to challenges in the build to make sure our vision of the project was met. We recently hired Wayne of StG Services to complete our large unfinished basement into a living space. Wayne was extremely prompt, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process from our initial phone call through the last day of clean-up. We provided him with an ideal budget, and he stayed right on track. He also completed the project within the time frame he targeted. There were a few design elements we wanted to tweak throughout the construction process, and he was able to pivot without any issues or setbacks. He cares about his work and the happiness of his clients. If anything popped up along the way, Wayne was always on top of it and did what was necessary to make things right. We ended up asking Wayne for an estimate to demo the top of our deck (floor, railings and stairs) and replace it with Trex and add lattice. His estimate was reasonable and within our budget so, we also hired him to do that. Another project done by Wayne that we are extremely happy with. We highly recommend Wayne for any of your home projects.

We feel fortunate we selected Wayne St Germain for our large screen porch project. We are extremely happy with the results. What first attracted us are Wayne’s impressive credentials. Besides his design skills, he has an impressive background in structural engineering. We have a complicated roof line and Wayne tackled it beautifully integrating the porch to the rest of the house making it look natural instead of an add on. His professionalism throughout the job was outstanding. He kept us informed through every step giving us total confidence.
