One homeowner in a May 2018 review said he came out the day after they messaged, showed a granite sample, wrote the estimate on the spot, and had the counters installed within three days. The work is stone fabrication rather than remodeling: granite, quartz and natural-stone counters, backsplashes, vanity tops and shower walls, cut in its own Worcester shop, plus the repair side — chip fixes, seam and cutout adjustments, polishing, resealing. A 2018 reviewer had two of the crew recut an existing counter to fit a new cooktop and called them polite, professional and fast. Its numbers are solid and its paperwork is clean: 4.8 across 26 Thumbtack ratings, Top Pro in both 2018 and 2019, hired 25 times, six employees, an A+ from the Better Business Bureau with no complaints published, and a second location at 53A Summer Street in Northborough alongside the Fremont Street shop. Two things to weigh. First, the written record stops in April 2019 — every customer account on file is at least seven years old, so ask for recent addresses rather than trusting the average. Second, the company is upfront that it isn't the cheap option; its own Thumbtack answer says "We might not be the best choice if you are looking for the cheapest quote option." Its stated process is a consultation or emailed layout, then a template appointment, then roughly seven business days to installation — worth confirming that timeline still holds.
